Bago Leather Return & Refund Policy

At Bago Leather, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

✅ 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

With original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

We may not be able to accept returns that don’t meet these conditions (where allowed by law).

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

Shipping details (and a return label if applicable)

Please don’t send items back before contacting us first — it may delay your return or prevent us from accepting it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@bagoleather.com and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some items aren’t eligible for returns, including:

Personalized or custom-made items

Special order products

Gift cards

Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery

Note: Depending on where you live, you may still have certain return rights, even for discounted items.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to:

Return your original item (once approved)

Place a new order

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EEA Customers)

If your order is delivered within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still be:

Unused

In original condition and packaging

With proof of purchase

Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Original shipping fees are not refunded unless required by law

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we can’t guarantee responsibility for lost returns

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

If approved:

Your refund will be sent to your original payment method

Processing time is up to 10 business days

Keep in mind your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to process it.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products.

All Bago Leather items come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This includes:

Faulty stitching

Issues with hardware (zippers, buckles, clasps)

Structural problems not caused by normal use

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (like scratches or natural softening)

Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care

Water damage or extreme conditions

Repairs or changes made by third parties

If your claim is approved, we’ll offer the best solution — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under local consumer laws.
